USA SHIPPING Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Sometimes we have to locate your item and confirm availability. We gracefully allow you to make changes up until your order status has changed to "Processing". We CAN not make changes to orders once they have been processed.
Viioleteyes.com uses the United States Postal Service Priority Mail as the standard shipping method. International, APO, and PO Box orders are shipped using the Postal Service as well.
You will receive a delivery confirmation number via e-mail once orders are shipped. PLEASE NOTE that while USPS 2-3 Day Priority is very fast, the delivery time is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed delivery time, we offer Express Overnight Shipping at an additional charge. Normally we ask that you allow seven business days for shipment of your orders. Two-Three days for processing and one week for shipping. Most times your package will arrive much quicker. However, If you need your item sooner please upgrade your shipping option and / or contact us with your requests so that we may do our best to accommodate you.

If your package ships from our Viiolet Eyes Boutique It will Have VII as the return sender and Include a Paper invoice or gift receipt when applicable. The words lingerie, fetish, exotic, apparel or anything other than the addressee addresser and postal requirements. *We are also displayed as VII on your credit statement.
Our warehouse shippers also keep packaging DISCREET. If you receive a package from one of our supply warehouses they will not include an invoice. You may view and print a copy of your invoice from you member account page.
Some orders may ship from multiple locations depending on which warehouse it is in stock. SHOES will almost ALWAYS ship straight from our warehouse in California via UPS Ground.

GIFT PACKAGING If you wish to send your package as a gift please let us know at checkout so we can insert a slip without prices. If you don't let us know it is a gift, the prices will be included on the packing slip. When "Ship To' Address is Different than billing address, I usually send gift receipt.
BACKORDERS While we try to maintain a high inventory level on the most popular items, there are times when a particular style, color, or size is not in stock. If this is the case, we will e-mail you that the item is on backorder and ask if you would like to wait for the product, replace it with a different item, or cancel that part of the order.
Valentines Day Shipping: Standard Priority Mail Orders should be placed before Feb 3rd. Any Valentines Day Orders Placed After the 3rd will not be guaranteed Valentines Day delivery unless you Upgrade your shipping option to Express Mail.
