All products purchased from this website are subject to the terms and conditions listed, expressed, and implied within this contract as well as where explicitly defined per item.

We do our best to make sure the correct photo, price and description are depicted.  If a mistake occurs, Viiolet Eyes reserves the right to charge the correct price, to ship the correct item, or to correct the mistake.

All inventory is available to the best of our knowledge at the time of your order.  If items become temporarily unavailable, we will contact you.  If you have any questions about availability, please contact us prior to checkout.

All orders are subject to approval prior to shipment.

Returns / Guarantee

We NO LONGER give refunds for approved returns. You will receive a store credit or equal exchange. 

Your satisfaction is our number one priority.  If you wish to exchange an item or receive a store credit, please email us for a return authorization number first. Once approved you may write your request on the back of your original invoice and enclose it with the item(s) as well as your return authorization number.  The 3 day exchange policy applies from the day your package was delivered.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Your exchange will be made within 30 calendar days from the date we receive your return.  

:CORSETS SIZING:

I can only do size exchanges at the moment on Daisy Corset items. Please DO check your sizes accurately & remember corsets can stand to be a tad bit larger than your normal everyday clothing, because it all gets tightened by busk and boning and lacing in the back, (if that’s the style you will be getting). If your size is wrong when you get the item, please contact me 3 days no later since you tried it on & I will give you an (RA) Return Authorization # & instructions on exchanging your item. (which isn’t hard at all) and as long as the item is still in stock in the new size you requested it will ship immediately after we receive your original corset. (Unworn, with tags included, and panties still in plastic bag) 

Please try to try on the corset after bathing and no deodorant or perfume on. We have to dry clean all returned merchandise sent back to us. So there will be a $3 dry cleaning charge and reshipping fee of $7.50 for Priority Mail & $25 for express.

Refunds will be approved for incorrect items only.

PLEASE NOTE: If you need an item for a specific date and you do not choose EXPRESS shipping we will NOT grant a RETURN. Once your order is processed we CAN NOT CANCEL OR CHANGE your order.

HEALTH REGULATIONS STIPULATE: The returning of any items in a set including panties or pantyhose will not be accepted as a return or exchange due to sanitary reasons. 

Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason later than 3 calendar days from the date you receive your order. DO NOT send us back anything without an RA#. If you do we will discard your package and you will not receive a credit.

Any refunds granted will be charged 25% restocking fee and the cost to ship the item back to us. Keep in mind that some orders may take up to two weeks to receive as posted in our shipping policies.

Exclusions: 1. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged.  2. Toys and personal items cannot be returned if product packaging has been opened.

There will be absolutely NO returns granted on Halloween Costumes after the 25th of October.

As always, we warrant our items to be as described and stand behind all of our products 100%.

Check Policy

Make all checks payable to Viiolet Eyes.  No counter checks, post dating or third party checks, please.  For your protection, all personal checks are subject to complete address, phone, and bank verification.  Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $20.00 or the maximum allowed by law.  Other costs of collection and all penalties will also be assessed.

Product(s) will be supplied after a payment has been approved.
